What we saw at Marina Itajaí: technology, style and performance on the same dock
Updated: 1 day ago

A visit to Marina Itajaí brought together vessels, technology and conversations about how people choose and use equipment on board.
In this post, I share both a look behind the scenes and lessons from conversations beside the boats. If you navigate or lead in the marine sector, these observations deserve a closer look.
🚤 An event beyond the exhibition
The visit prompted an observation: beyond appearance, boaters also ask about efficiency, operating knowledge and technical support.
The question is no longer simply “Which boat looks best?” but:
Which #vessel offers greater efficiency?
Which #technology improves my #safety and #control?
What really distinguishes an emotional choice from an informed decision?
The answer was in the details and in the way each stand told its story.

⚙️ Technology, experience and purpose
It brought a concept and context, delivering a clear message: people at the helm need to understand, as well as own, their equipment.
During the event, we showed how small technical adjustments can transform the #navigation experience. Beyond that, we demonstrated the importance of practical operating #instruction that prepares an owner to be a #skipper, rather than a passenger in their own investment.
🌊 What the event suggests about the future of boating
These are the author’s observations about the event and the role of informed equipment choices in boating.
Conscious in consumption, selection and use. And brands that understand this and develop solutions around it will lead the next chapters of this market.
Presence at an event once seemed enough; today, a clear proposition matters.
📍What comes next?
If you were there, you may have seen it.
If you were not, this video offers more than images:
▸ It conveys the atmosphere.
▸ Shows what happened behind the scenes.
▸ And suggests where we are heading.
#Boating is more than a luxury hobby. It is a platform for #innovation, #decisions and #strategy.
See you at the next event.
